Using this website
picun operates picunheadphones.com to introduce audio products to visitors in the United States. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to contact@picunheadphones.com.
Products and purchases
This website is a product showcase. We do not process orders or payments here. Purchase links open Amazon, where final product options, prices, availability, taxes, delivery and returns are shown. A purchase is governed by the terms provided by the relevant seller and Amazon.
Information and price snapshots
We aim to keep product information useful and accurate. Prices are reference snapshots checked on the date shown and may change. Product options, features and availability may also change. Confirm the details that matter to you on Amazon before purchasing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
External links and commissions
Some purchase links may earn us a commission when you make a qualifying purchase. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or services, and a link does not create an on-site checkout or payment relationship.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website text, branding and images are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view this website for personal use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or reproduce protected material without permission.
Reasonable limitations
The website is provided for general product information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, picun is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on outdated information, interruptions or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update this website and these terms. The version displayed here applies to your use of the website. No particular state or court is designated by these terms. Contact contact@picunheadphones.com with questions.
